HUNDREDS OF MINERS STILL TRAPPED UNDERGROUND IN SOUTH AFRICA

Hundreds of mine workers are believed to be trapped underground in South Africa, these miners who are called  Zama Zama literally translating those who are trying operate usually as unlicensed miners. police say at one point in the past they picked up 20 bodies as a result of these illegal miners fighting each other over theft. the police says based on statistics they have come to realized that areas where illegal mining is carried out mostly records high level of crimes.

sadly relatives of the trapped miners have different views, they believe their relatives were only trying to make a living due to the hard economic conditions. the community rescuers are only able to rescue one at a time and they are looking forward to government intervention.
