SOUTH AFRICAN POLICE BELIEVES TRAPPED ILLEGAL MINERS ARE REFUSING TO BE RESCUED TO EVADE ARREST.

 The South Africa police believes the rescue operations are difficult because the trapped illegal miners are refusing to come to the surface in order to avoid arrest, they added it will be difficult to go down there to get them due to the hot temperature and nauseous gasses underground, they believe it will be prudent for the miners to come to the top willingly. Those rescued indicates that the condition underground is very devastating and most of the people trapped are weak due to lack of supply. relatives of trapped miners believes the miners are not refusing to come up, they are indeed trapped.
